Before You Arrive — What to Bring

This is an outdoor ranch event in late May. Please come prepared:

• Cowboy boots or sturdy closed-toe shoes (no open-toe footwear)

• Cowboy hat or wide-brim sun hat

• Sunscreen and sunglasses

• Light jacket or layer for evening hours

• Refillable water bottle

Please note: The ranch is an outdoor venue. Transportation and on-site medical support are not provided. If you are traveling with elderly guests or anyone with mobility needs, please plan accordingly.

Friday — A Day at the Ranch

Festivities begin at 2:00 PM

• Food: BBQ Food Truck

• Seating: A limited number of tables and chairs will be available. Local guests, please bring lawn chairs, blankets, or portable seating.

Saturday — Rodeo & Tailgate

Festivities begin at 2:00 PM

• Food: Variety of food trucks, including dessert

• Seating: A tent with a limited number of tables and chairs will be available. Local guests, please bring lawn chairs, blankets, or portable seating.

• Tickets: Pre-purchased tickets are required. Important: Group seating is reserved for guests who purchased using the CBPR group code and have their confirmation. All other tickets are general admission — seating is first come, first served and not within the group section.

Sunday — Brunch & Fashion Show(Limited to 75 guests) - Purchase tickets here by May 22.

Festivities begin at Noon

• Meal: Chef-catered, ranch-to-table brunch provided — $30/person | $10/children 10 & under

• CBPR Apparel Fashion Preview included

• Seating: A limited number of tables and chairs will be available. Local guests, please bring lawn chairs, blankets, or portable seating.
